I ordered 1000 USB sticks with our company logo. I was given a false tracking number and continuously promised that I would receive my USB sticks. Whilst the sale process was taking place they took every call and answered every email. I received four USB sticks that were deemed as a gift for ordering with them. When I checked the tracking number with Australia Post I was told the tracking number belonged to those four USB sticks NOT my order for 1000 USB's. For the last 6 weeks the number appears to not work / get through and my emails are no longer being responded to. I don't know what to do from here! I am a small company - just starting out, so $500 is a lot of money to me!!!
