False advertising - all you can eat fish and chips

My husband & I went for dinner due to the sign in the front window saying "All you can eat Fish and chips for $8.99. The meal was Fish STICKS and chips. Fish sticks? Really? For $8.99? If you are going to serve fish sticks, have your sign state that!!
