I received an email from Careerbuilders.com that who is looking for a mystery shopper, I did sign up the application online and a week later, I got an email from [email protected] congratulating me that I got the job as mystery shopper. Few days later I received a letter with postal check $890, and my job is to evaluate Walmart and Western Union for $200 and with $20 shopping allowance. I did what the letter says, and followed the instructions, sent them the money via Western Union. Few days later, I received a 2 FEDEX envelope with postal checks, then this time I got curious and went to postal office and show them the check, and found out it was a counterfeit!!! I was stunned. I had no idea that the first check was most probably not real but I did cash it out at my bank not knowing if it was real. What a lesson.
Beware of evelyn monroe email from careerbuilders.com
