My sister purchased 1009.00 worth of jewelry from this company and paid 91.00 in shipping amd handling for supposedly quality jewelry items. We were shocked when the items arrived, they are very cheap looking and not worth near what she paid for them. She contacted the company to return and they informed her she had to pay a 15% restocking fee which added with her lost shipping and what it will cost her to send this trash back over $300.00. She tried to explain to them that she is elderly and in poor health and was hoping to be able to resell this jewelry to help with her medical and dental bills but they did not care and refused to wave the restocking fee. If her husband were still alive I am sure he would know how to deal with these people better as it is she is screwed. It should be against the law for companies like this to falsely advertise, this is not even a police auction as they claim, it is most likely cheap stuff from China. My sister has cried for over a week now and I am so furious if I lived in CA I would go over to this place and tell them what I think about them or picket in front of their business. They have no morals to screw old people like this. I hope they get their just rewards if not in this life, in the next!
