I have a rent house in Paradis, La. My tenant moved out and had the lights disconnected on or about April 30th. The house was unoccupied since then. Today I go to have the lights turned back on, they are charging me a tampering fee. I have been there 7 years or more and this has NEVER happened. 1) Did I sign something agreeing to pay this fee if this ever happened? 2) Why was I never notified? 3) When was the suppose to have happened? How much entergy was used? 4) If Entergy DISCONNECTED the lights, how can someone do this? 5) Why am I being charge for something I didnt do, nor had knowledge of? 6) Is this legal???
