The product was advertized for a free trial. Pay $4.95 for shipping. I received a bill for $92.95
I have tried phoning the company and there is no one on the other end! Boy I guess I was fooled. Also the product is a joke, of course it doesn't WORK!!! What do I do next??

These people offer a free trial for their hair product called Kronos, I have a copy of the web ad, and it states FREE trial. They billed my credit card $98. For the product after I kept it 30 days!
