Our fifteen year old sent for a bottle of perfume for $5.99. When she did not get the item she brought it to our attention. This month while paying bills a noticed a $49.99 debit to one of our accounts from a fondscent. I looked it up on the internet and contacted them. I also was given the line about contract which I explained is not binding with a child who has not reached legal consent. They refused to refund the money. I am filing with the FBI as this is fraud.
