On Jan./05 I contacted Comwave about home phone service and payed $63.26 ($13.56 Shipping and $50.00 Security Deposit) I canceled my home phone account with Comwave home phone on or about March/11 my account was up to date nothing owing, March/13 my bank account was charged $25.55 by Comwave again on April/13 again May/13 and once more June/13 and I would be over draft and my other real bills would bounce leaving me to pay the charges. Each time I would call Comwave to be told someone will look into it and get back to me within 2-5 business days it wasn't until June/14 that I finely received a call from a man named Walter who told me to email him any email messages from Comwave and he would take care of everything. I emailed Walter at [email protected] and [email protected] also his phone # 1-866-886-7030 ex. 1843 I live on a pension and my bank account is over draft again and bills have bounced I need the money owning to me STAT I can't even buy myself a loaf of bread I have had to go to the food bank because of this each time my account bounces I am charged by my bank $50.00 and the bill payee $50.00 that is my food money.
