Erroneous $6.99 Charge on the 9th of Each Month Since May

On both dates of the same month, the 9th starting from May, there has been an erroneous charge to my account of $6.99. This needs to stop immediately or I will be forced to take this to the better business center. Please stop charging my card.
Thanks.
