I checked my account like I do every morning and dropped my jaw when I noticed that my account was in the negative. I could not believe that this was happening and found a charge pending from MGM Quality Mist on my account... I immediately called my bank to have them tell me that I have to submit a fraud statement in order to get my money back. They gave me a 1-866-357-4048 number to contact MGM to try and resolve this matter and when I called it said wait for a representative and the phone call ended. I did this three times thinking it was because I had lost service on my phone, but found out it was all a joke. I knew I would not be speaking to anyone.
