On 5/8, I completed a survey for Amtrak. The survey indicated that Amtrak was offering Aquilon Dream Collection Cologne free of charge. The only thing that I needed to pay was shipping and handling of $5.99. Today- 6/7, I discovered that Quality Mist had charged my Visa Card to the tune of $95. I would like my refund of $95 returned to me immediately, otherwise I will turn this complaint immediately over to my attorney. I have also notified my bank of this loss of my funds.
