I work for an over the road truck company. That company has an arrangement with sprint that the employees get a 20% discount. At the moment i am receiving a 15% discount. I have called several times to sprint since Nov. 2011 when i originally requested the 20% to no avil. I feel i have complied with all of their requests. On May 18 i finally got fed up and put together everything i had since i started and faxed all of it to include a copy of my pay stub and requested a signed returned signature receipt. I again called customer service toady jun 16 only to have the customer service request me to send the info all over again. I am tired of this runaround thus this letter to you in hopes you can help.
