In April I used internet Just Answer Experts for just one question and was willing to
pay the $18 service fee. However, I noticed that a second $18 was billed on my May credit
card statement. I telephoned the company and got a young woman who listened to
my complaint. She said she would remove my SUBSCRIPTION! In their original advertising
they never mentioned a subscription, but presumably simply the charge for answering
one question. This is deceptive advertising and apparently others have had this same
worse than simply deceptive experience. They must be made to change their ways or
cease business or risk being the subject of lawsuits reflective of fraudulent practices.
