I too never asked or gave authorization for this, like afew people I too was looking for a quick loan, they said we sign up on June 28 at this time, we had no money in our account, hey waited till May 9th to process on May 10 we were sending text and leaving VM. When they contacted us representative advised that we would get our refund in 10-15 days. Not untill 14 days later 2nd rep advised about Forms. We submitted, form around May30 After being told by 2nd representative also advised them to check emails and VM to prove that we called a day after it posted our account, per their policy. Still no responce from them, we need to warn fellow facebook, and somehow stop them from benefiting from this. Help what do I need to do to get my money back! They need to be stopped!!!
