I placed an order for a table top on 2/15 and paid through Amazon.com. My credit card was immediately charged and I have never received the merchandise. I sent an email in March and received a response from the sales department that they were jamed with orders, have caught up with the backlog and my order should ship on monday. Never received the tabletop and I have sent two followup emails to no avail. One was never answered and the last one was returned as undeliverable.
I will now attempt to work through my credit card company.
