I ordered three books from this company in August. I sent a postal money order, and I did not recieve my order. I filed a complaint with the Postal Fraud Department. I got a copy of my mony order that they had already cashed, and then I recieved a letter from the company in April saying that they had no record of me ordering anything from them. They said that if I could send a copy of the money order showing that they had recieved it that they would send my product plus rembirsment, I sent a copy of that back in April, and they won't respond to me at all!
I've tried calling them, but I'm unable to get through to anyone. I don't know what else I can do. They've taken my money, and not deliverd any product to me. September 17th will be one year since they've cashed my money order. I feel that they've ripped me off! Please help in any way you can! Thank you
