I signed up for the free trial sample noting there was a small postage fee. Upon receiving it, I applied the sample and found I was allergic to it. I immediately emailed the company and instructed them to stop any shipments due to the allergy. I did not receive any response, nor did I receive any further packages. So I believed the company had honoured my request. NOT SO: I just received my credit card statement showing a further charge plus international transaction fee. I intend to pursue this matter to seek recovery of my outlay.
