I signed up to receive a 'free' sample and believed I was being charged approximately $5 for postage. I did not receive a confirmation email, so I was surprised at first. Nonetheless, I received the products in December, and assumed they were free. However, when I received a second 'free' sample in January I became suspicious, and then found on my credit card statement for the December period that I had been charged twice - $74.95 US in one transaction and $79.99 US in the second transaction! I have tried ringing the company, but as I am based in Australia, it's too expensive to wait on hold for an international call. Is there any other way of contacting these people?
