My mother received a check and a letter from Golden Gate Financial International Lottery Sweepstakes in the amount of 3,990.90 on the check it it says Progressive Casualty Insurance Company from PNC Bank Indianapolis, Indiana. When we called the number provided on the letter the man that answered and was asking for the check number so he could activate the check. And we were asking questions and wouldn't give it to him. So he hung up we called back 3 more times and he kept asking for the number and we wouldn't give it to him. We called back several more times and now they are not answering the phone.
