I, Dwayne A. Johnson, completed training for a Class (A) CDL Truck Driver's License on 06/08. I stated training on 5/28. I do not receive my completed "paperwork." My request was made on 6/12 for my DMV Class (A) "paperwork." I need this "paperwork" to take to the California DMV to receive my Class (A) CDL. Advance School of Driving phone# 800-635-0147.
