I have won several products dating back from May - June. I have not received my merchandise. The company has given empty promises, only designed to delay the customer and have the customer thinking they get their wins. I have emailed every month. After so long the credit card company probably won't go after them. I think you only have so much time. So that is part of their delaying game. I say start a class action suit if you have a lawyer willing to do it. Complain, Complain and Complain some more to anyone willing to listen. Make sure the newbies thinking about the site know not to participate their, unless they like throwing their money out the window. From a lawyer I have heard that you need to contact your State Attorney General and Federal Trade Commission and file complaints. It would not hurt to contact both State and National Congresses and Governments to begin to look at legislation and consequences for regulation of the online auction business. There is more than for 10cents.com out there scamming money from consumers. It's one reason I no longer participate in this business.
