I purchase a bedroom set and living room set... My bedroom set was from off the floor, when i found out from the d. Guys i was really upset, 8 times the delivery guys been to my homes, with different set... My mattress was so defected, one of the tech, got arrest from my home and fired from his job, i have not been compensated for my troubles, i was told they would send me a gift card of $500'00 i never received it, i still have defected mattress till this day, no one explain anything to me about platinum protection, what happened to my 10 year warranty? I'm asking to be compensated for my troubles and new mattress... I payed $1500, for mattress, all together the bedroom set was $2700... June i purchase living room set, and their are scratches already. When the guys delivered lv. Rm. Set they told me that's how it made... I believe them, they told me to get assurance on lv. Rm set... And when they left, i called to ask about protection plan, and why anyone let me know about it, the staff at raymour and flanigan stated i should have ask, they was very rude to me... The next day i started to decorate i notice, noway!!! Those are scratches, i was really upset... Again i knew nothing about platinum protection, thank you for your help.
