I ordered a dress from this website for my best friend's wedding and upon receiving it was utterly shocked by the poor quality of it and the fact that it looked nothing like it did in the picture, the straps were sewn on the wrong way round and it was the wrong size!
When I contacted them to say that I wasn't happy and I would like a full refund, they said would I accept keeping the dress and only having £30 refunded, I told them no because there is no point in having a dress that I cannot even wear and would have technically paid £55 for after they refunded £30. When I told them I wasn't happy with this, they permanently blocked my email address from sending them any further emails regarding my order. The customer service email address is [email protected] and everytime I recieved an email from (Christina King) it was signed by a different name every time (Andy, Becky, Wendy... The list went on) till they blocked my email address.
