They took money out of my account and I did not authorize this transaction. When I called them they gave me a bunch of run around this was my rent money. These people need to be stopped

Dish net I made a pmt to a close account. I authorize a curtain amt, but they took the hole amt. How can they take something from your account you did not authorize, because of the balance that was left?
