I went on their website and orderd 3 items for the price of 2 because they offered 100% refund guarantee if I wasnt happy with the purchase. I wasn't so for the past 6 weeks I have been emailing the address on their website and have got no replys back. I have phoned the number on their website numerous times in the past 6 weeks also and only get the sales department. They tell me I can't speak to a manager or supervisor, nor can I speak to customer services neither can they put me through to the refunds department. They tell me they will pass on my message some one will ring me back within 24 hrs, obviously this is all lies
