I'm a member of Bally's Fittness Center for 16 years in Bay Shore/New York. I sent 5 e-mails to the company's HQ in the last 15 days about my membership renewal based on my original contract ($100.00 a month for life) that I signed up 16 years ago. They gave me case ID # (1424496), saying that they will get in touch with me in a few days. I never received any response from them, including to my other 4 request. The associates I talked on the phone (Daniel) did not honer my original contract agreement and asked me to pay $144.00, instead of $100.00 a year. This is against the terms and conditions of the original contact. I never payed this much membership fee before. Also, considering my senior citizen status, they should honer my request and establish my membership status based on my contract ($100.00 a month for life).
