Like many others here, I was lured into this scam business by a very good price on a pair of well-made shoes. Sent my funds via Paypal, and they took my money right away. Three weeks later, still no shoes in the mail, and no communication / tracking info from seller. I sent an inquiry through their website and got no response, so I opened a dispute through Paypal.
A few days after filing the dispute, I receive a. 20 shower cap in the mail from China, and an email from Paypal saying my case was now "resolved" and the seller had sent shipping confirmation. Ummm no.
So I just called Paypal and spoke with a live rep who said they are going to take care of this matter for me, and he told me that I might receive some kind of notification that I need to send the shower cap back to China, but not to worry; I could call them back to continue the process of getting my money back.
I really hope PayPal is in the process of banning these scammers. I also hope they are shut down soon before they have the opportunity to steal from more innocent people than they already have!
