On May 9th i requested a withdrawal of my money from my account and was told it would take 14 business days, i called on the 27th May, i was told telephonically that it would be processed and reflect on my card or else to call back in 5 days, on the 1st of June i was told to call back in 3 days and speak to a William, on the 5th to call back on Friday which was the 8th of June, and that day the number is strictly on voice mail and wont connect after i was put on hold; hung up on, and had my number was confirmed by three different agents.
