My name is Noelle, I received a call from kevin smith claiming that he worked for the federal reserve bank and that I qualified for a $7000 grant. I was told to western union $132 to a glenn francis in palm harbor florida. Then recieved a conformation number and security code and to call mike freeman with conformati number and he would handle the transfer.
