I am trying to sell a timeshare in Mexico and this company ask me verbally to wire $4500.00 to a Mexico Bank with no clear reason but to show good faith but yet the buyers already deposited 45000.00 I am told so why cant fees be taken out of these funds since it is owned free and clear!!!
