I ordered a product from this company - called totally cleanse for £4.95 - i then discovered on the 2nd june they had taken £99.95 from my bank acount. I complained to them by e mail. They responded that i had to telephone them on 08081899650. I have phoned numerous times holding on for over 30 minutes on numerous occasions - no answer. I have even e mailed asking that they telephone me - no response or call. I have now reported them tothe trading standards office and also channel 4 as they had written a complimentary article on the product. I have also contacted my bank to stop any further payments going out.
