I just went through this recently with another scam. It's ridiculous. I made the complaint to the bank to get reimbursed, and here I am again. I even changed my debit card, I do all I can not to get online, but have had to pay bills. I'm just wondering if although Verizon says it's a secure site, if it really is. It's the only company I can think of that I've had these issues, because it's such a huge company. So I'm wondering if anyone else uses Verizon and pays their bills online. Maybe that's the connection. Something to think about. This is the third scam within in a year that has gotten into my account and I've had to switch debit cards. Now to change the whole account.
