Unauthorized charge on my bank check card. I called the number and it had me on hold and then said, we are sorry, no one is available so call us back later or contact us by e-mail and didn't even give and e-mail address. I have a fraud investigation in process with my bank and I have to fill out numerous papers and get some notorized. I had to cancel my card and wait for another one. Although, this is a small amount, it seems I am not the only one with a complaint from this company so I am willing to take the time and fill out the forms so that whoever is doing these charges can be caught and prosecuted.
