I was just contacted by a Paul Roberts that stated if I lowered my asking price for my rentals from 1500.00 to 1275.00, I would have a better chance of renting them. He said he had some interest in them but there were too many weeks at 1500.00 and that was scaring the big companies away. I lowered the asking price to 1275.00 and I will call Paul Roberts again in two weeks and see where this has got me. I am assuming nowhere, and I will keep you all posted.
