I was verbal abused by the hostess int his establishment. When i called to complaint to rissa she told me was not welcome to come back. I tried to call her supervisor at the corporate office in texas - john at 713-446-9763 called me back and said that they had my conversations with rissa recoded (which is illegal) and that he didn't believe she was rude, btu the company did decide to use their right and ask me not to come back to their establishment. You can't ban me from a public restaurant - i've done nothing wrong - matter of fact you were and abusive to me the patron and nwo your claiming to ban me. The customer service in this company does not exist
