This man wanted to sell his car, he required a bank wire, he claimed ebay was a safer place to pay through and after reading the ebay contract i agreed, he promised tha tthe money would be held in the ebay bank account for 7 days till i got the car inspected and was sure i wanted it. I payed $17,000 and he never gave me a car, it was a scam. And I learned that it was fraud after contacting ebay and asking them about shipping, when they answered they told me they had no such item and that it was all a scam. I do not know what to do i just want my money back, Please help me.
