Misleading advertising, won't answer phone, charged me and then tried to collect more - Translation Services

I called many times today for a quote. They never would answer the phone... I submitted 6 documents and they quoted 9 pages instead of the 6 that I submitted. Then they charged my account even though I did not agree to 9 pages... They are totally misleading for time and amount and take my advice... Do not use!!!
