Wrong Transmission Sent And Told To Withdraw BBB Complaint First

I order a transmission was sent the incorrect trans & now they are telling me I have to take off the complaint to the bbb before any transmission is going to be ship which I had withdrew the complaint already but they still say is still on i am out over two thousands dollars & stuck with the incorrect trans for my truck
