I know two people who work at Target and short of employee abuse, yet to be proved, this company makes these people work till 4 am. I am not shopping in good faith there any longer.
In addition, I have heard the training program for retail executives is also not one to be proud of, so those thinking of working in retail and getting promoted think again. Go somewhere where you know you will get respected with time off for family time. Apparently, this company does not value families.
