Purchased a gear box for a go cart took 1 month to ship after repeated phone calls. When i finally got the part it was nothing like I described. I told them that it was internal and not external. Each time i call I am on hold for almost an hour. They said that they could find the right one. So, like a sucker another months passes after repeated phone calls (with being on hold for more than a hour each time) I finally just requested my money back. That's the seemingly friendly staff became very rude and will not even answer my calls now.
