When you look up my name and number. You see that I was called to activate my service. I was informed that each call connect would cost between $1-$3. I told the young who called me that I did not want the service, instead of her telling me she understood what I told her she kept telling me I would be alright….. I also spoke with supervisor JR and James. I finally made them realize I wanted the service cancelled. I was told I could not get my connect fee back, just the monthly and activation fees. Since you employed a could of people who do not listen nor do they seem to understand when a “almost” customer is fed up. At this time, I want all my money back, especially since James told me to do whatever I wanted, since they would not do anything about the cancellation. The way he said it was very rude. I have worked most of my life dealing with customers and that would not have been an acceptable thing to say.
