Wanted to renew my contract with MagicJack but could not pay it until the 3rd of the month since that is when I get my disability check. I was told that I would have to cancel my prescription to this and was told that I could then pay for it on May 3rd without any problems. This was done by their "chat room" representative, since they do not have a live person for their toll free phone number. This toll free number is only to buy a new system and not to help anyone with technical problems. So, unfortunately, when I tried to do this and found out that it was impossible. Now I have to buy another brand new unit to have this service and throw out my (still usable) old one.
