Every month since 21/03 the sum of £10 has been withdrawn from my account by this company. At no time did i agree to have this money taken from my account. When i have phoned their customer service dept they want either my credit card number or my account number. There is no way i would give details of my credit card number and i have never received anything giving me details of an account number. The bank haven't been very helpful my next step is to contact Trading Standards.
