£10 per month has been taken from my credit card since January without authorisation. My details were passed on by Ticketmaster. Ticketmaster are unable to be contact by 'phone, unless you agree to their extortionate call charges. Contacted Completesave, and they said they would be willing to refund money and cancel the monthly fee. We shall see!
