These people removed from my checking account for a fee for something that was not authorized. I remember speaking to them about a pay advance but decided not to go thru them. The reason I didn't choose them is simply because I could not understand a word they were saying. I kept telling them I did not want their services and they kept saying there would be no charge and not to worry that everything was being taken care of, and that no money would be removed from my account without an E-signature. Now they have stolen from me and I want my money back. What do I need to do to get the money back and have charges brought up against these people?
