I purchased a Clear cast x1 digital antenna with the intent of using it for my brand new HD digital TV. Since it was up North in the Petoskey MI area I was not able to get up there until last week to try it. I tried the antenna in every window in the two story log home to no avail. The only thing that came up was a NO availability sign.
We called and explained the the situation to customer service and then her supervisor who was rude and would not extend the warranty 10 days to use for a return. I would not suggest buying anything from this company.
