I answered an ad in The Oregonian newspaper (delivered to me in Lafayette, Oregon) that was dated March 5 for a Clear Cast device, essentially an antenna that pulls in up to 953 crystal clear over-the-air digital TV shows free. This is a scam. When the device (called (Clear-Cast) was not received within the 72-hour window that they advertized (actually not received a week later) I tried to call the Customer Service number 1-888-825-4416 to no avail. They put me on hold, of course, and after a while I checked on the Internet and found out it was a scam. I plan to challenge the charge of $56.95 on my VISA card and cancel that order. I am 77 years old and should have recognized it as a scam, but these people (Brilliant Built) are reaping millions at our expense and I think it should be put to a stop. They still answer the phone and will take your order for the device but if you ask for Customer Service they misdirect you or put you on indefinite HOLD.
