I was charged $19.00 and then nothing. No loan, no contact, nothing. I called and the message said (I called several times) "do to high volume of calls, it is best that you email us at: - quot; I emailed three times and nothing! This company has my SSN and bank routing number! How can I stop them or refund my money for non-compliance?
