There were 2 different withdrawls to my account after I applied for a loan. The wesite said Free Loan to new applicants. I clicked the "free" link and proceeded with my application. A couple of days later on 12/13 I noticed a debit for $19.00 was attempted by Williams Credit Online, but it did not clear so I received a $34.00 NSF charge. I remembered applying for the "free" loan and never heard back from the company either way if I had been approved or not. I looked them up online and called their contact number. I was put on hold by an automated message and after 37 minutes, no one ever came on to help me. I tried this several times and finally gave up. I thought maybe it was a one time thing and I decided to let it go. Then on 12/30 I saw a debit for $44.00 by Williams Credit Online. I again tried calling and was left on hold for an extremely long time and no one ever came online to help me. I never received notice either way if I was even approved for this loan or not. I check my email daily and never received a call or email. They just took my money and dissapeared.
