I had recieved and offer from this group through US bank. I accepted and Immediately canceled the service. I come to find out that they ignored my request and continued to charge my account. Many times this resulted in an overdraft charge so the 225 dollars is only the base charge of the true cost incurred. I called my bank and they gave me the number for Elite Excursions. I immediately called them and informed them if they did not refund all of my money that I would report them to the Consumer Protection Agency and take further legal action for damages. Not thirty seconds later a supervisor told me that my account would be credited for the amount taken within 48 hours. I recommend anyone else who has been ripped off do the same. I'm not about to call the bank and demand any and all overdraft fees related to this company charging my account be refunded. I am closing my account and going back to my old credit union.US bank is all about profit and I'm done.
